Len froze at the declaration, softened as it was by the rest of it. Somehow the rest of it just slammed into him anyway, making his lungs turn to solid ice and choking off his breath.
In a moment, his lungs got working again and he closed his eyes. "Oh man, why'd you have to do that? I love you, but don't make a big deal about it, okay?"
